Aska Makes Eater NY’s Latest Heatmap
Eater NY, the site that tracks restaurant popularity the way sports nerds watch players on their fantasy teams has placed Aska, housed right inside Kinfolk Studios, on it’s latest Heatmap of the hottest places to eat in Brooklyn right now. Of the less than a year-old Aska, Eater Ny says:
Berselius’s menu of modern Scandinavian food includes dishes like mackerel with “soured cream,” pork ribs with rutabaga, and fried broccoli with oyster cream. The food and drinks are sophisticated, but the vibe here is super relaxed.
