Ordering

You will receive an email confirmation once you have placed your order with us online. We have the right to adjust or cancel the order in the event of inaccurate stock reporting. If we are not able to fulfill the requested order, we will offer you the opportunity to amend or cancel the order. Please read our full terms and conditions below before ordering.

Payment Methods

We accept credit cards (Visa, Discover, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal as payment. You are subject to your local tax rates. We employ authorize.net, a leading provider of payment gateway services, to securely manage payments and detect fraud on our website. Added security includes 256-bit SSL encryption provided by GeoTrust.

Delivery Time and Costs

We offer multiple FedEx shipping methods for all of our orders. You can select desired shipping method during checkout. Shipping prices are automatically calculated based on weight, size, and quantity and will vary between destinations and shipping methods. We ship orders on a regular basis Monday - Friday. Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours, however it may take longer during times of high volume.

Once the order is shipped, we will email you with a FedEx tracking number which you can follow online at fedex.com.

Shipping Information

The customer is responsible for any and all customs/duties/import taxes needed to clear customs at the destination country. We do not control these costs and we recommend you ask your local customs office for approximate charges which may apply.

Once a shipment is in route, Kinfolk Shop shall not be liable for any lost or damaged packages. Any damage caused during shipping should be directed to FedEx and its customer service representatives. We will support you with the necessary information needed in the event that a claim needs to be filed with FedEx.

Kinfolk Shop is not responsible for unclaimed or refused packages. In the event that a package gets returned to us, we will charge the customer those associated return shipping costs. The customer will have the opportunity to cancel or exchange the returned order, minus shipping fees.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unused, and in it’s original packaging. You must email customerservice@kinfolklife.com before returning any goods. Upon inspection, we will issue an exchange or store credit. No refunds are given.

All discounted items are FINAL SALE. No refunds or exchanges will be given.
