Delivery Time and Costs
We offer multiple USPS shipping methods on all orders. Customer selects desired shipping method during checkout. Shipping prices are automatically calculated based on weight, size, and quantity and will vary between destinations and shipping methods. We ship orders on a regular basis Monday – Friday. Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours, however it may take longer during times of high volume.
Once the order is shipped, Kinfolk will send an email with a USPS tracking number which you can engage online at usps.com.
The customer is responsible for any and all customs/duties/import taxes needed to clear customs within the country of destination. Kinfolk recommends checking with your local customs office for approximate charges which may apply.
Once a shipment is in route, Kinfolk Shop shall not be liable for any lost or damaged packages. Any damage caused during shipping should be directed to USPS and its customer service representatives. Kinfolk will support buyers with the necessary information in the event that a claim needs to be filed with USPS.
Kinfolk Shop is not responsible for unclaimed or refused packages. In the event that a package gets returned to us, Kinfolk will charge the customer associated return shipping costs. Customer will have the opportunity to cancel or exchange the returned order, minus shipping fees.
Returns and exchanges are accepted 14 days of delivery, however, exclusions apply for limited release items. The item must be unworn, unused, and in it’s original packaging. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org before returning any goods. Upon inspection, Kinfolk will issue an exchange or refund. Shipping and handling fees are non refundable. Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. We are not responsible for any packages lost in transit. Kinfolk recommends obtaining tracking information for all return items. All discounted items are FINAL SALE. No refunds or exchanges will be given. Items purchased at the retail store may be returned within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit. No refunds are given.
