Once known as Kinfolk Studios, Kinfolk 90 was designed to be both open and intimate, a two-story atrium-style entrance opening directly onto the sidewalk, providing abundant natural light and an inviting, communal environment. Paying homage to the neighborhood’s industrial roots, the entire space features wood salvaged from the repurposed factory that sits across N. 11th. In the rear of Kinfolk 90 sits Le Palme, a private, speakeasy-like space perfect for groups of up to 20 people who are looking for a more intimate gathering.
